Free wedding website maker for Indian weddings

One page that answers everything guests ask: when, where, how to get there, what to wear, and how to say yes.

Updated Kalyan Co Planning Team

How it works

Type your names, the main day and a welcome, list the functions with times, places and dress notes, pick one of our destinations for the travel section, and add a WhatsApp number for RSVPs. The maker builds a page with the plan, getting there, what to wear, a map, a calendar file and a countdown, and gives you a link to send on WhatsApp or print as a QR code. Nothing is hosted or stored: the link itself carries the page, so there is no account and nothing expires.

Getting there

Adds routes, flight times and airports from our destination guide.

Getting there

Most guests from Europe, North America and Australia reach Kochi with one stop, usually through Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha or Singapore. Flights from the Gulf are direct and take about four hours. We meet every guest at the airport; the lake resorts are 90 minutes to two hours away by road, and the Kovalam coast is closest to Trivandrum airport.

Questions couples ask

Do I need to host or pay for a wedding website?

Not with this one. The page is built from its own link, so there is nothing to host, no account and no expiry. The trade-off is that the link is long, which is why we suggest sending it on WhatsApp or as a QR code rather than reading it out.

Can guests RSVP on the page?

Yes, on WhatsApp. The RSVP button opens a message to your number with the names filled in. Keep the replies in the guest list tool.

How do I change the page after I have sent it?

Open your own link, which reopens the maker with everything filled in, change what you need, and send the new link. The old link keeps showing the old page.

Is my wedding page public?

Only to people with the link. It is not listed anywhere and search engines are told not to index it.

What should an Indian wedding website include?

The functions with times and venues, how to get there and where to stay, what to wear to each function, the RSVP date, a map and the hashtag. For guests from abroad, add the visa step and the airport to fly into.
