Guest travel planner: airports, flight times and when to land

Every guest asks how to get there. Answer once, for every city they are flying from.

Updated Kalyan Co Planning Team

How it works

Pick the destination and the dates of the first and last functions, then tick where your guests are flying from. The planner lists the route and flight time for each group, the nearest airports and how far they are from the venues, the visa step, and the day we suggest each group lands: the day before the first function, or two days before after a long-haul flight. Copy the note or send it straight to your guest group on WhatsApp.

Where your guests fly from

Guest travel · Kerala

Most guests from Europe, North America and Australia reach Kochi with one stop, usually through Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha or Singapore. Flights from the Gulf are direct and take about four hours. We meet every guest at the airport; the lake resorts are 90 minutes to two hours away by road, and the Kovalam coast is closest to Trivandrum airport.
