Kalyan Co charges 8–12% of the budget we manage for full planning, with a ₹3.5 lakh minimum for destination weddings. Partial planning starts at ₹1.5 lakh and day-of coordination at ₹75,000. Vendors are paid at their quoted prices, and every quote is shown to you.

Fee questions
Why do you charge a percentage of the budget?
Because the work grows with the wedding: more guests, functions and vendors mean more planning. The percentage is agreed at the start and applied to the budget we actually manage, which you can see line by line.
Is there a minimum fee?
Yes: ₹3.5 lakh for full planning of a destination wedding, which covers the fixed work every wedding needs, however small.
What is not included in the planning fee?
The vendors themselves (venue, rooms, food, décor, photography and music), which you pay at their quoted prices, plus guests’ flights. Indian taxes (GST) are added where they apply.
