How it works

Type both first names, and optionally the surname you will share and the year. The generator puts Telugu patterns first, built on Pelli, Pellikoduku, Pellikuthuru, Muhurtham, then adds the classic name blends. For Sravani and Vikram, it suggests #SravaniVikramPelli, #SravaniVikramPelliSandadi, #PelliSravaniVikram27 and more. Check a hashtag on Instagram before you print it.

Telugu wedding hashtags are built around “Pelli”, the word for wedding: #AnnaRahulPelli, or #AnnaRahulPelliSandadi for the whole celebration (“sandadi” is the bustle of a wedding house).

Telugu weddings are known for their long, lively ceremonies, so a hashtag that works across the pellikoduku and pellikuthuru functions, the ceremony and the reception is worth choosing early.

The words

Pelli
wedding
Pellikoduku
the groom
Pellikuthuru
the bride
Muhurtham
the auspicious time

Examples for Sravani and Vikram

  • #SravaniVikramPelli
  • #SravaniVikramPelliSandadi
  • #PelliSravaniVikram27
  • #SravaniWedsVikramPelli
  • #ReddyPelli2027
  • #SravaniVikramMuhurtham

Tips

  • “Pelli” is short, so there is room for a surname or the year.
  • Avoid “PelliChoopulu” (the first meeting) unless you mean that function.
  • Check both families are happy with the spelling: Pelli and Pelly both appear online.
