Full wedding planning with Kalyan Co means one named planner runs everything: venue and vendors, budget, guest travel, rituals, timings and the day itself. We charge 8–12% of the managed budget, with a minimum fee, and every vendor price is shown to you openly.

Most couples who plan with us live somewhere else: another city, another country, another time zone. Full planning means you make the decisions and we do everything else: shortlisting and negotiating venues, booking vendors, managing the budget, organising your guests and running every function on the day.

You get one planner from start to finish, a shared plan you can open any time, and a WhatsApp group where questions get answered in minutes, not days.

## What’s included

- **Venue and vendors:** Shortlists with real prices, site visits by video or in person, negotiation and contracts.
- **Budget you can see:** A live budget with every quote attached; no hidden commissions.
- **Rituals and timings:** Priests, officiants, muhurtham timings and a minute-by-minute run sheet.
- **Guests:** Invitations, RSVPs, rooms, airport pick-ups and a help desk at the venue.
- **The days themselves:** A planner and crew on site for every function, from set-up to the last goodbye.

## How it works

1. **A first call.** Thirty minutes by video in your time zone. We listen, then send a shortlist and a budget range.
2. **A proposal.** Venues, a draft budget and a timeline, in your currency.
3. **Planning.** Monthly calls, a live plan and weekly updates on WhatsApp.
4. **Wedding week.** We meet your guests at the airport and run every function.

## Questions

### How much does a wedding planner cost in India?

Full-service planners usually charge a percentage of the budget. Kalyan Co charges 8–12% of the managed budget, with a ₹3.5 lakh minimum for destination weddings, and shows every vendor’s price openly.

### Can you plan our wedding if we live abroad?

Yes; most of our couples do. We work by video call in your time zone and WhatsApp, and many couples visit once, or not at all, before the wedding.

### Do you take commissions from vendors?

Any commission is disclosed in your budget. We would rather earn our fee from you and negotiate vendors down on your behalf.
