Our guest team looks after everyone from the moment they book: visa guidance, flight advice, room blocks, airport pick-ups, welcome kits, a help desk at the venue and trips for guests who stay on. For guests from abroad, the first person they meet in India is from Kalyan Co.

A destination wedding is only as good as the guests’ experience of getting there. We treat every guest as a client: they get a travel page for your wedding, a WhatsApp number for questions, and someone waiting at arrivals.

We also plan the days around the wedding, such as houseboat nights, tea country, the Taj Mahal or a beach, so the trip becomes a holiday your guests will remember.

- **Visa and travel guidance:** Clear e-Visa steps and flight advice for every guest’s country.
- **Room blocks:** Negotiated rates, rooming lists and special requests.
- **Arrivals and transfers:** Airport meet-and-greet and cars or coaches to the venue.
- **Help desk:** A desk at the venue and a WhatsApp line for guests, 6 am to 11 pm.
- **Trips and extensions:** Pre- and post-wedding travel planned for guests.

## Questions

### Do our guests need a visa to attend a wedding in India?

Most visitors need a visa. Many nationalities can apply online for an Indian e-Visa; we send each guest the steps for their passport and remind them in good time.

### Can you book flights for our guests?

We advise on routes and group fares and can hold group bookings; most guests prefer to book their own flights with our guidance.
